Fantastic service!  Shanon Communications was not only timely, but they exceeded our expectations. We recently purchased a new building and Shanon Communications provided the entire installation of our network and telephone system. Their personnel were there to ensure that we were up and running as scheduled with no disruption to our business. I have never experienced this level of service before from any of our vendors. I would recommend them without reservation.

Hello I have not had a need to  use Shanon Communications but I  have gotten to know the owner  Stephanie and can say she is truly a lady of integrity  and her goal is to always provide extra ordinary service to her clients at an afforable price.  She treats every job as a big job  no matter how small it may really be.

I must say I have never actually used the services of Shanon Communications but I know Stephanie through other business dealings and I KNOW she has the utmost integrity as well as a true desire to be the BEST in her field...there may be "bigger" or "cheaper" out there....BUT THERE IS NONE "BETTER" when it comes to your communication needs!!

 Shanon Communications has been my telephone life-guard for the last 6 years and counting.  Their services have been IMPECCABLE compared to the larger companies (Verizon to name a few...).  They provide QUALITY service in a reasonable timeframe. They also have 24/7 support that I have not had to use in the 6 years I have dealt with them due to the quality of products and services they provide on a regular basis.  If you are looking for a REPUTABLE company with a conscience, who is honest (won't nickel and dime you), who will provide you the best service from the start, then you should follow my lead and go with SHANON Communications.  I don't usually write compliments unless they are well deserved and this company is well deserving of them.  Do yourself a favor, consider Shanon Communications first, you won't regret it!

For any business owner who has found themselves without phone service, dealing with "the big boys" (you know who) can be totally frustrating in both time and money.  Time because of waiting for them to get to you, and money because of the outrageous charges and the $$$$ lost with no phone service. Let me tell you...Don't go there again! In my experience, Shanon Communications is the only way to go for business communications repairs, maintenance or even a complete new system. The companys' CEO, Stephanie Person is an amazing woman who is totally committed to supplying her clients with quality service and products at a fair price.  She amazed me with the extent of her knowledge of phone systems and her trouble shooting capacity (even knowing when the service provider is at fault when they didn't...and getting them to do their job properly for me), is phenomenal.  I also am acquainted with other business owners for whom she designed entire new systems which saved them money and increased their production.

It doesn't matter how big or small your company is....if you have a question or problem with your telecommunications, please do yourself and your company a favor and call Stephanie at Shanon Communications before you call anyone else.  You won't regret it...I promise.
