Community Manager Position
We are adding to our national sales team through the Community Manager (CM) role. This outside sales role is a W-2 employee position (we do take withholding taxes out). Our CMs manage their designated community (town or area of city) for eCompliments.
CMs are responsible for building awareness about eCompliments and consulting with local businesses. As a Community Manager you will post regular reviews of businesses, distribute our marketing materials, consult and sell the business products we offer including advertising options.
Our Pro version profile upgrade helps businesses with their online reputation management, SEO, word of mouth, customers’ experience, customer loyalty, and driving more traffic and revenues. Our upgraded versions offer exceptional value.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission position with a very aggressive compensation structure. We offer our CMs a percentage override of all three revenue sources generated in your community. This means no matter how we generate revenues in your community you receive an override. The three ways include all online sales, all Account Executive sales (other reps handling phone sales in your community), and a high commission for the direct sales you make. So you manage the community and receive an override from every dollar in revenues generated from your community.
