Symon is an absolute sweetheart! He went above and beyond for me like i never thought a company would do. I have 3 young children which makes it difficult for me to get from Barto to UCF area to test out his mattresses and figure out which queen fit me best. Symon understood my dilemma and went completely above and beyond for me and brought me 3 different mattresses that i could test out @ my own house and he really made me appreciate the good still left in todays business. What other person would bring a random customer a selection of beds (not to mention he delivered it to me @ 11pm, he probably didn't even get back to his shop til after midnight) just to make sure that i was completely satisfied with my investment. It ended up being that his original recommendation was the mattress that i ended up going with, but the fact that no matter what he was determined to ensure that i did not have to sleep on the floor last night.
