    Charleston National is one of the best golf values in the Charleston area, particularly if you have an inexpensive VIP Membership which gives you reduced rates all day every day.  VIP members also get a free round on their birthday.    If you play once a month, the membership will more than pay for itself.

    The course is very challenging without being TOO difficult.  The course rangers keep things moving along at a good pace.  They have an excellent practice range with lots of targets to shoot for and a putting green to improve your overall game.

    My husband plays more golf than I do but when I do - Charleston National is the place to play.  Green Fees are reasonable and the course is beautiful with lots of scenic marsh views.  Everyone plays at the perfect pace and this place is beautiful.
