Where do I begin?  I have had for several years had severe sinus issues, been through surgery and a whole lot of pills and nose sprays.  I was at my wits end and no relief.  I could not drain.  I went to Sandy and I have actually made it through winter without one sinus infection.  Miracle!!!!!!  I have not had sinus headaches or pressure andI can now "blow my nose"  !  But she did not stop there.... I want to share good good things that I experiece in my life with others,today. One of the most important is how I live in good mental and physical health. After the first treatment with Sandy, I have not had to take OTC pain killers for my neck and lower back pain. That was three months ago!  After 2 or 3 treatments  my sleep apnea has lessened to the point I am not using my CPAP machine at night. I am extremely grateful to Sandy at Body Wisdom Craniosacral Therapy.  I had injured my shoulder in July of 2007 and had been to several other health professionals and therapists with little to no results.  When I met Sandy I got a sense that she was the person who was going to help me resolve this health challenge so I immediately made an appointment.

I thought I would need surgery as I suffered from terrible frozen shoulder.  My business calls for physical ability and I was in a bad way.  I spoke with Sandy and visited the first time, being questioned regarding my history, past problems and the issue at hand. The first session relieved about 40% of the pain.  After seven sessions, I was 90-95% better!  I am now working on the left shoulder which is compromised due to favoring the right.  As we progress, I am confident I will receive full relief soon!
